If you are interested in joining Aikido of Champlain Valley, we encourage you to pre-register to guarantee you or a family member a place in the introductory classes by filling out one of the applications below.

Pre-Registration

Prospective students should watch at least one class before joining and speak to a senior student or the Chief Instructor. You can pre-register using the applications above, or by leaving your name, address and phone number by e-mail, by telephone at (802) 951-8900, or in person, at our Burlington dojo. Visitors are always welcome. There are no fees associated with pre-registering but you must pay for class before practicing.

You may deliver your application form in person preceding your first Aikido class. The liability release form must be signed; if the applicant is younger than 18, a parent or guardian must sign the form themselves. We do not accept forms submitted by e-mail. We also have applications available at the front desk.
